Hi all, I have a use-case whereby I need to create an email, in draft, through the API and associate it with a ticket. An operator needs to be able to edit said email and send it once ready. Is this possible ? Thanks!

Hubspot chat is only 2 ways (at the moment at least), do you know any integrations that would allow to have more than 2 people within the same chat conversation? I know Twillio and Zendesk Sunshine can do it but there's no integration with Hubspot. read more
