i’m just going entering into the customer service world and i need help with the right certifictions to help position me better in the job market and career. Although i have experience in this field, but not professionally. Thinking its a certifcation on its own, i tried searching Customer Service Certification on hubspot but i got results of so many certifications that i dont even know which is relevant to my course. Id greatly appreciate any advice or recommendation pls. Thanks

You’re right - there isn’t a dedicated customer service certification. If you’d like to better understand HubSpot’s customer service tools, the closest match would be the service hub software certification: https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/hubspot-service-software
Which aspects of customer service would you like to skill up on? If you share a few bullet points, maybe I can recommend other certification courses.
