You’re probably referring to this course :slight_smile: https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/hubspot-sales-hub-software - this would be the closest to a CRM certification in HubSpot.

Login or register through the right hand side of the page and follow the steps to get started.

For customer support specifically, there is this Service Hub certification course: https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/hubspot-service-software

If you want to start easily with introductory content, I can recommend this short course: https://academy.hubspot.com/lessons/setting-up-your-crm

Thank you, Berangere for your response. I was already taking DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT course, but i was wondering if i was taking the right courses, hence my question.

One other major concern i have is " how much opportunity i have as a man to get a job as a Customer support Rep", almost all the testimonies of the jobs i have seen in my local tutorial groups in Nigeria for remote jobs from foreign companies are all ladies. I will need some guidance on this ,too. Thank you

You can access the free HubSpot CRM Certification through HubSpot Academy. Just create a free account, search for the course, and enroll. It self-paced and a good starting point if you’re pursuing a career in customer support.
