I'm having trouble figuring out how to have emails sent from HubSpot to default to 11pt Calibri font in black. Currently the default is 11pt Arial font in a light-grey color. I'm not seeing any options for editing font or size in HubSpot either. Has read more

You could ask your IT department to setup a group inbox and have that forward to multiple people. Then just validate it as an actual user.
