If I want my first email to be a new conversation, then the second one to be a reply. Then, my third one to be a new conversation with a new subject and then the fourth one to be a reply to the second email and so on. Is this possible?

In working with the DoD, tracked emails are now rejected 70%+ of the time. This means manual emailing from Gmail/Outlook, logging the email, but turning tracking off. Sequences can't be used because it tracks. Is there or will there be a way to read more
