Looks like HubSpot’s invoice payment pages are having an SSL issue (ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR) on hubspotpagebuilder. Payments and Stripe were working before, so this is likely on HubSpot’s side rather than something we changed.
For now, try opening the link in an incognito window or a different browser just to rule out a local issue, but most likely we’ll have to wait for HubSpot to fix the SSL on their payment pages.

Hi @Karushna1 and thanks for reaching out! Are you seeing the same issue as @LWelton?
I’ve checked the HubSpot Status page, and there aren’t any reported issues with the tools at the moment.
Could you please try the following steps to see if the behavior persists?
- From the invoice record, copy a fresh public invoice link and paste it as plain text into a new email (avoiding any previous links or added tracking parameters). If sending via a marketing email, try turning off click tracking for that message. - If you’re syncing with QuickBooks Online and the invoice was recently edited there, revert those edits in QuickBooks and instead make changes in HubSpot before resending. - If your payment processor (like Stripe or HubSpot Payments) was disconnected and then reconnected, make sure to generate a new link, as old payment links won’t work after reconnection. - Have your recipient open the new link in a private/incognito window. If they’re on a corporate network or VPN, trying a mobile hotspot may help rule out firewall issues. - If possible, ask one recipient to confirm they can access the payment page using a new link in incognito mode.
Let us know how it goes so we can assist further if needed!
Wishing you a wonderful weekend! Bérangère
Just a note, I’ll be out of the office from December 22 to January 4.

Hi @LWelton, thanks for reaching out to the HubSpot Community!
I checked internally and couldn't find similar cases currently.
- Have there been any recent changes to your SSL certificate or hosting? - Does the payment page URL show a valid SSL certificate when you visit it? - Have you updated any payment settings in HubSpot or Stripe recently?
