Hi all,
when sending a reply to a chat via slack emojis wont display for the customer.
E.g.
Sends this as text: 
Any idea how to fix this?

I have found this similar idea already submitted: “Add a GIF and emoji functionality in the chat box”.
I’d recommend supporting the Idea with an upvote and explaining your use case in the comments.
Our product team uses that forum to collect ideas on how we can improve the product for our customers.
Product pays particular attention to the top voted ideas & takes them into consideration along with other feedback channels as well as their own vision to understand what features will be most valuable.
I also found this video for you “HubSpot’s Emojis Tips and Tricks: Enhance Your Data Visualization with Emojis” where these commands are mentioned to add emojis:
Mac: control + command + space
Windows: windows key + .
You may want to try in the chatbot to see if that works.
