Adding image to slack as part of integration

I am trying to add a giphy or an image to my automated message that goes to slack via a workflow when we close a deal. I know this is possible because I have seen it in a training, but I can’t find where! Can someone please direct me on the best way to get this embedded in my existing workflow?

Thanks! I asked my implementation partner this question as well, and he didn’t seem to know that there was a way to do what I am asking for either at the moment. I did however find a way to insert an emoji. You can do that by pushing control + comand + space!
