We had this feature in Intercom chat and both customers and agents had fun using it. It helps to make the conversation more friendly.

PLEASE consider implementing these features guys, me and our clients love to trade gifs and emojis, it makes a LOT of difference in our relashionship and our customer experience!
Our customers have asked for this as well. Hoping this is in future releases.
I second this. It keeps the conversations fun from both ends and adds more personality to the responses.
Idea submitted over a year ago, not even in consideration 👎 Interesting enough, this comment section, does have emojis, pictures, etc. Full WYSIWYG. Not that it's part of the platform already. Just sayin' 😉
