Hi,
A response in my chatbot is made to create a ticket. Instead of sending several messages to get the email, the phone number, etc… Is it possible to insert a form with those fields to create a ticket ?

I don’t think it is currently possible to add a form into the chatbot. If you strongly feel about this, I suggest you to add this idea in the ideas section of the hubspot community and community managers will look into this.

@webdew that post has an interesting solution. Use a text or paragraph field and ask your visitor to fill in everything they need to provide in that one field. It puts the ownership of dispersing the data to the correct fields on the rep who follows up, but I prefer this to creating an elaborate chat flow or form that may disuade the visitor from completing it. Thanks for pointing it out! I learned something today!
