It would be nice if hubspot can add forms to the live chat as another option as this is much more simple and straightforward. Other providers have this feature. I was hoping if hubspot can have this too

a simple form included in the bots would be really nice, especially if you’ve already led them through a workflow and determined they need to submit a ticket, or something similar.
We often get people through the prompt to submit a ticket, but when the bot asks for email address, they just jump into describing the issue and if they aren’t recognized as a contact, we have no clue who they are or have any way to follow up. Having the questions appear as a form makes it clear they need to provide those details to get the help they need.

We currently use ProvideSupport for live chat and begin every chat with a form that is filled out. This helps our support team respond to the client. I would love to see this feature on HubSpot live chat.

Bumping this idea as any other live chat I’ve ever used in existance has this feature, so it would be most benificial for our customers as well.
