Ticket Status Label Customisation

Hi,

I’d like to customise my customer portal so that it is branded correctly. I’ve got all of it done except for the ticket status labels (OPEN, CLOSED, etc).

Currently the OPEN label is a bright turquoise which I’d like to colour differently to match our branding but I can’t find this anywhere in the theme options. Does anyone know how I can style these?

Hey @skylightipv it’s not currently possible to customise the ticket status colours in the customer portals. I can see this why would be useful however! It might be an idea to add this feature request to the HubSpot ideas forum to see if the team would consider adding this into the platform!
