I have a saved view that I shared in the organization; the saved view is designed to filter for deals that pull across multiple pipelines. However, if a user has their pipeline set to a specific pipeline rather than “All Pipelines”, that pipeline will override the view settings and only show deals that meet the view criteria AND are in that specific pipeline. This has caused confusion from users when they are not viewing the correct pipeline.
Is there a way to configure a saved view so that it will also reset the visible Pipeline to a specified Pipeline(s) or All Pipelines? (Note, this is different than setting the Advanced Filter for a specific pipeline)
@Augustus The board/list view toggle and the pipeline selection are independent of the filters for saved views, so you can apply a saved view and then toggle the pipeline.
My suggestion would be to click the dropdown for the Pipeline and choose Share Feedback - this will prompt you to select a rating and share feedback directly with the product team.
Thanks. Will do that. This is an easy way to confuse users who aren’t as familliar with the platform and just want a direct way to see what they need to see.
