We have two Deal Pipelines that are, and should be, visible to all users. When leaders look at the deals in the List view, the system auto-defaults to the Opportunity Default Pipeline.
I know I can reorder the default pipeline from one to the other, but is there a way we can set the default for “All Pipelines”?
Even if users Save thier list view with All Pipelines selected, when navigating back, it automatically goes back to the default view.
I have this same problem. We have several pipelines, and in some views, we need people to see only 1 pipeline, in others 2, in others all of them. This is all built in to the filters that make the views, but when people go to the views that are supposed to show them 2 or more pipelines, they start off with the dropdown on a single pipeline.
To me it seems like this dropdown shouldn’t exist because it’s far too easy for it to override what the filters that make the view are doing without users knowing unless they remember to check out the advanced filters all the time.
