Pipeline Dropdown Overrides Advanced Filters

Our client success team works from 8 distinct pipelines. The reps would like to be able to view all of their open tickets regardless of pipeline (i.e. all pipelines). So, I built advanced filters (i.e. rep = me, pipelines = any of 8 pipelines, status = all not closed) and saved that as a view “My All Pipelines”.

When they navigate across the views and go to the “My All Pipelines” view the pipeline dropdown will default to whatever pipeline they last viewed thus overriding the all pipeline view specified in the filter.

I would think that being able to view all of my open tickets regardless of pipeline should be a standard request/feature. Any ideas on how to make this happen?

Hi @CRosenthal I’ve seen this request pop up a few times more recently - currently the saved/filtered views don’t include the pipeline within the parameters of the saved view, the filters can be used across any combination of pipelines.

If you’re using saved views, training your team to leave their view set to show All Pipelines is the best way to resolve the issue.

Creating clear process documentation is the only solution currently, this idea is requesting the same thing - adding your feedback and upvoting is the best way to share your feedback with the HubSpot Product Managers.
