We have added live chat to our B2B website. (we do not have service hub)
We are getting 40-50% of our conversations as spam eg “vjerv uviebvibfin”.
It is becoming annoying to those who are responding ( especially in thier free time, weekends etc) .
Is there a way to make someone fill out a name & email FIRST? as I have seen on other websites?
