I want to build a report that shows the activity (calls, emails, SMS) of each sales rep and exclude any of that activity that is going to a Contact that is a “Customer”.
Basically, how many cold emails are being sent and outbound calls to non-customers.

This can be done with the custom report builder: Create reports with the custom report builder
As a primary data source, select activities, as an additional data source contacts.
Once in the editor, you can add a report filter to exclude contacts who are customers. Then, you can drag and drop activity type, count of activities and activity date / assigned to into the editor.

@TPaci you just need to drag and drop “Activity assigned to” into the “break down by” area.
