Is there a report or function which compares how many contacts were worked by rep, as opposed to grouping all together . thanks in advance
What you can do is clone that report for each sales rep and apply a filter for contact owner. Then rename each report with the salesperson’s name.
another good alternative:
- Activity leaderboard by rep with type breakdown
this will break down types of activities each rep is performing in a bar graph so you can see what they do most (calls, meetings, emails, etc.)
Great tip @dianalcont. Thanks for sharing it.
Let us know how this report works for you @AdamSmith123 in the comments below.

Kira
thanks, that worked great.
Hi @dianalcont. By any chance do you know what API call will get the same data used for the Activity leaderboard by rep with type breakdown?
@radmar What’s the use case? I’m not sure I understand the question.
@dianalcont, this report, Activity leaderboard by rep with type breakdown was created using some data available in Hubspot. I want to know if I can retrieve the exact same data with one API call so I can have my scheduled automated report. I want to use this data for a report in Jira/Confluence.
got it @radmar - unfortunately I don’t know the API call on this.
I’d imagine it’s on an activity property update (last contacted and activity type maybe?), but don’t know for certain. The report is one that comes out of the box in the report library so didn’t put much though on that API call.
@dianalcont, thank you for your feedback. I will keep looking for a solution.
Hi
I tried to do this, by the types of activities available there do not include “contacts created”.
Maybe I am looking in the wrong place?
I’d appreciate any help with this.
The solution posted here doesn’t work for us because we have contacts who are OWNED by the AE, but worked by our SDR. Any ideas on how to report on THAT?
Hi @dwc1993,
I would recommend using the Activity leaderboard by rep with type breakdown report if you are looking to track sales activities such as calls, 1:1 emails and meetings. This report shows the activities completed by your users. Activities include calls, meetings, tasks, emails and notes.
Best,
Kristen
That partially works. Because technically if a rep has 100 activities (even if it’s 100 communications with 1 contact) it will show 100 activities vs. 1 with 1 contact with activity.
Thanks for the recco!
You’re welcome, @dwc1993! Glad to hear that report helps ![]()
