Problems in archive/deleting properties

Dear all,

I would like to archive/delete some properties, but when I try to cliclk on the “archive” button, Hubspot says “You can’t archive this property because it’s being used”.

In this specifc case the property is used in 32 cases.

In order to be albe to archive/delete it, should I go in the 32 records to cancel the attribution? Is there something that I can do in an automatic/comprehensive way?

And if I should go data by data, how can I find the right 32 data entries? Tehre is no active link to the data as you can see from the uìimage below

Hi @CMorisco,

The notice is referring to the “Required In (1)” section in your screenshot. Expand it and remove the property from wherever it’s used – probably the contact create form.
