We recently experienced a picture that should not have been included on the live chat feature for our Sales. Our team doesn’t think this feature is needed for our sales chat widget on the website, as there are other avenues (ie email) where customers or prospects can share attachments. However, the attachment feature IS required for our in-app support chat. Can you please advise if this option can be used as sort of a toggle option?

I am setting up our chat bot and found this post, linked above. It appears this has been requested before.
If you look at the comments, there is a work around.
