Delete Chatbox option from my website

I do not want the hubspot chatbot option on my website at all, however I cannot seem to disable it. Can anyone out there help me?

Hi @RMiller00,

Under Menu > Conversations > Chatflows, you should be able to flick a switch to disable it. If that doesn’t work, can you share more details what exactly isn’t working?

Hi Karsten. I want to turn of the chat entirely for our website and have disabled all chatflows. Still, the chat bubble is appearing and chats can be started. Anything else I can do?

All chatflows are disabled

Chat bubble is still on website

Chat fires up when bubble is clicked
