How can I update my certificate name in HubSpot after a profile change?

Hey @viswa and thanks for flagging this to the HubSpot Community! Updating the name in your HubSpot profile and reopening the certificate after a few minutes are the right steps to take. Since you are still not seeing the update on the name, could you please try in an incognito window to see if it helps? Hi there! A few tips: First, make sure you’ve updated your name correctly in your HubSpot account settings. To do this: Click your profile picture in the top right corner of your HubSpot account.
