Name Change on HubSpot Academy certificate

Hi HubSpot team,

I updated my name in Profile & Preferences, but my HubSpot Academy certificate still shows the wrong name.

Certification: HubSpot Digital Marketing

Incorrect name shown: [Simba Sabondo]

Correct name should be: [Shemaiah Simbarashe Sabondo]

I already updated my HubSpot profile name, waited, refreshed the certificate, and checked again, but it still hasn’t changed.

Can you help update the name on my certificate?

Hi @SimbaSabs, Certificates are usually generated once and don’t auto-refresh from a later profile name change, so waiting/refreshing won’t update it retroactively. You’ll likely need HubSpot Academy Support directly to manually regenerate the certificate with your corrected name, since this isn’t something that resolves on its own from the profile settings side.
