Request to update name on Digital Marketing Certificate"

Hello,

I have updated my name in my HubSpot profile to Madinakhon Kamolova, but my Digital Marketing Certificate still shows the old name (Madina Kamolova).

Certification: Digital Marketing Certification
Certificate code: 362b96e1c2da46069ed93e14c7fe756

Could you please manually regenerate my certificate with the correct name? I’ve attached a screenshot of my profile showing the updated name.

We have a thread that covers exactly this – take a look here: Certificate name correction request - #4 by Berangere

Your HubSpot Academy certificate will reflect the name on your HubSpot User profile, so if you’ve recently made a name update, here are a few steps to get it showing correctly:

  1. Log out of HubSpot and log back in
  2. If the name still isn’t updated, clear your browser cache and try again

Give those a shot and let us know if that does the trick!
