I completed the HubSpot Academy Digital Marketing Certification today, August 17, 2026, but I noticed a formatting issue with the certificate I received.
The description on the certificate is being cut off in the middle. The text continues, but part of the paragraph is clipped and therefore not fully visible.
I’ve tried downloading the certificate again, but the same issue occurs each time.

Could someone from HubSpot Academy Support take a look at this and let me know if the certificate can be regenerated or reissued with the full description displayed correctly please?
I’d like to use the certificate professionally on my resume and LinkedIn, so I’d really appreciate having a properly formatted version.
Can you please try accessing the certificate in another browser, as well as in an incognito window? If possible, can you also try accessing it on a different device? From there, can you please confirm if the issue persists?

Since initially replying, this issue has been brought to the Academy’s attention internally. They are actively working on a fix, and they hope to see this resolved within a few days.
