Digital Marketing Certificate - Description Text is Cut Off

Hi HubSpot Community,

I completed the HubSpot Academy Digital Marketing Certification today, August 19th 2026 and have passed the exam.

However, when I attempt to download the certificate from the HubSpot Academy the certificate image is generated with the description text in the middle cut off. I have already tried downloading the certificate multiple times but I have faced the same formatting issue.

Could someone from HubSpot Academy Support please regenerate/reissue the certificate with the complete description properly displayed. Thank you for your time.

The Academy team has updated the certificate text formatting on our backend to resolve the cut-off issue. Could you please try downloading or accessing your certification again from your HubSpot Academy profile to see if the issue is now resolved for you?
