My Digital Marketing Certification certificate is missing part of the text

Hi HubSpot Academy Support,

I recently completed the HubSpot Digital Marketing Certification, but there appears to be a formatting/rendering issue with my certificate.

The certificate was downloaded directly from HubSpot, and the descriptive paragraph near the bottom is cut off/garbled. Part of the text disappears immediately before the “Valid from” section.

I have checked the downloaded certificate itself, so this is not just a screenshot or display issue.

Could you please check my certificate and, if possible, regenerate/reissue a corrected certificate? I would also appreciate it if you could provide the corrected certificate as a downloadable PDF or email it to my registered email address.

My certificate details:

  • Valid from: August 16, 2026
  • Certificate code: HubSpot Academy

The Academy team has updated the certificate text formatting on our backend to resolve the cut-off issue. Could you please try downloading or accessing your certification again from your HubSpot Academy profile to see if the issue is now resolved for you?

If you are still experiencing any issues with the text display, please let us know!
