The new colours are a problem, the new format with mostly grey is very unpleasant on the eyes. Bring back the old blue highlights please.

It is hard to view - especially without a dark mode or customizable color options. The blue text for contact/company names, and header text was very helpful. The buttons for “task” “Email” “Notes” etc. used to have color in the background and the icons weren’t outlines that blend in to the white backgrounds. Several people on my team are finding the black on gray on gray with bright white disorienting and hard to read.
Please consider reverting this change or adding options to help folks with the lack of contrast, whether that be customizable options for headings and icons, or updating the UI to have greater contrast.
Thank you for your consideration of this - we use HubSpot daily and right now, this is quite uncomfortable on the eyes to use.

Yes! Bring the old color scheme back or at least give us options to pick from- if (and i cant believe i’m saying this) If Outlook can do it (dark/light/color options) on their web email, why can’t hubspot?
Please bring back the color! The grey washes out all of the icons and makes it visually difficult to see the icons or read the text. I have fairly good vision, but the grey completely removes definition. It’s also weird that the green/blue color is still throughout the site with various text and accents, but the main grey doesn’t really match. Who thought of this? It’s soulless.
This update sucked all of the joy out of my working day. Please bring back the color!
Agreed! I came here to say the same thing. I’ve tried adjusting fields to make it more simple, as AI support suggested, but its not helping. It’s making everything blurry.

They made these changes for those with vision impairments to see better (I hope they keep it an option for those who need it). But for those of us who do not have an impairment its impossible to see!
They change the shape and size of some things + the grayscale colours = genuinely terrible work day
Agreed. Especially on association stage tracking cards, the “dark grey - light grey - white” makes it kinda impossible to figure out where I am in a deal/ticket.
