Auto-Reply AI analysis

I am looking for an AI solution to analyze auto-replies to marketing emails and flag which ones can be ignored (out of office) and which ones need en edit the CRM record (no longer with company). Any ideas? HubSpot Assistant does not think it is possible unless ALL AI conversation enrichment is turned on which I am nervous to do.

Hi @GGonda,

Welcome to the community! I completely understand the hesitation when it comes to enabling broad AI features across your entire account.

The good news is that the feature you are looking for is called Conversational Enrichment, and HubSpot has designed it specifically to handle the “Out of Office” and “No longer with company” scenarios you mentioned.

The best part? You don’t have to enable everything at once. You can toggle specific enrichment settings to maintain control over your CRM data.

How to set this up:

  1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Data Management > Data Enrichment.
  3. Click the Conversational Enrichment tab.
  4. Here, you can granularly enable:
    • Return-To-Office Detection: This automatically updates the Returning To Office Detected date property so your team knows when to resume outreach.
    • Email Contact Enrichment: This is what helps flag if someone has changed roles or is no longer with the company by analyzing the context of the reply.

By enabling only these specific toggles, you can automate your cleanup without triggering the “New Contact Extraction” if that’s the part making you nervous.

I hope this helps you get that automation running safely! If this works for you, feel free to mark this as a solution to help others in the community.

Best,

Thank you @seosiri! I found the beta and signed up and turned on, but I am not sure what happens to detect if a contact is no longer with a company - is the record deleted if no subsequent contact information is provided?
