AI email replies

I am a Hubspot customer and want to use Hubspot for my service “shared inbox”. My team assigns users and adds comments to emails.

But in the “reply” box for emails on Hubspot, there’s no option to have AI compose a reply (positive or negative) based on the content in the original email.

It is becoming a required feature in any inbox to be able to generate an AI reply with one click. For instance: “Reply positively” or “Reply negatively”.

Is this on Hubspot’s feature roadmap?!?

P.S. I’m aware I can tell hubspot’s ai what I want to say and it will spit out some text. But that’s a much degraded feature compared to the AI reading the email conversation and composing a positive/negative reply in one click using that context.

P.P.S. Even many “shared inbox” providers who are much lower priced than Hubspot (Front, Missive, etc) have this ability with openai/chatgpt integrated into the inbox.

Hubspot has every email I have every written… AI should be able to look at that and generate a reply that looks and sounds like my other replies, no?

We are currently copy / pasting HubSpot Inbox emails into our AI provider, and then pasting back when needed. Currently using ChatGPT, but key is that AI model has context of both:

- existing emails that have been sent / reeceived (ideally some way to train HubSpot breeze on this natively)

- knowledge base and internal documentation we make avaialble to the service team

Ideally, craft an appropriate response, based on our policy, knowledge and including relevant links to our public information.

Can be Breeze or other HubSpot AI solution be improved to support this type of generative draft responses for brief review and sending?
