Spamming using Chatbot

Hi Community,

What are the flood control measures we have in place in the chatbot ? Can anyone write a script to send repeated messages to spam us ?

We required an email before someone could message a live team on our chatbot. 

spamming and low-quality customer conversations dropped dramatically.

Is it possible to request and email before they can chat? I only see the option in Hubspot "immediately after the first message is sent"

It is not possible at the moment, however it is in planning. You can follow the idea here, to make sure you receive the feature updates.
