duplicate ticket function

It will be great to have the duplicate function for the ticket to be do the efficient work.

It taks time to create differnt tickets for different requests from the same company / deal / contact.

I agree - in our business we may have to subsitute a product for 100+ clients due to low stock and I want to monitor and assess how many duplications are made - KPI is <1% of all orders. 

Where you have create and add another - I would like Create the same and then just change the Account if possible?
