My organization has literally thousands of repeat customers whose orders are virtually identical each time. With our old CRM, we could copy an older order ticket and simply update the newest information into the relevant fields.
Our resident Hubspot expert (who worked with a third party to get it set up last year) doesn’t believe there’s a way to copy a Hubspot ticket in the same manner. Being able to do so would save a tremendous amount of time, however. Even if each new ticket takes two minutes to fill out, some team members are creating dozens a day and it adds up.

Yes I need this too. Every year I have to create a new ticket for each live project with the same description and same associated contacts. It takes FOREVER!
(We don’t have Service Hub so won’t be able to use any plug ins or automation)
