Lead Object Labels

I need the ability to edit the labels on the lead object, currently they are Hot, Warm, Cold. I need the ability to designate them as existing customer or new customer. This means that I either need the ability to select muiliple labels or make customs labels.

Agreed. My sales team loves the new “Lead” object and prospecting dashboard but would really love to create custom labels/tags.

I worked with a customer who also would benefit from the ability to have association labels on their leads.
Use case: Target active leads in workflows. Currently, the workflow targets all associated leads which is not ideal as we would only want to set a property value on a specific lead. This can be solved by having association labels and having the workflow UI allow us to select the label of the lead to be targetted, the same way we can do so for associated companies, contacts.

100% this is a must, create new labels and edit existing ones.
For example I want to tag a lead as ‘Hot’ and ‘Inbound’.

This functionality has been added to the lead objects and can be found in the property settings for the lead object.

Thanks for adding the ability to add/change labels. Is there a way to add icons or change the box colors similar to what you’ve done with the Hot, Warm and Cold labels?

Actually, I’ve figured out how to add an icon (I copied one from the Marketing Email section), but I haven’t figured out how to change the box color (not super important).

Would love to change the colors on the labels. Right now for new labels I added, they stay as grey.

nuevo modelo de calificación de leads que se encuentra en modo beta, me encontré que está limitado a 3 niveles de calificación, bajo, medio y alto. Es posible activar un cuarto nivel?? o que sea personalizado?
