HubSpot recently updated the ability to create custom object tags with color codes. However, during this process they removed a lot of the default information that was appearing on cross-object CRM cards. One of these was the Lead Label on Lead Object CRM cards. This was extremely useful as reps were able to tell at glance on contact records if the associated lead object was a hot, warm, or cold lead. Because this was removed, the rep can only tell by navigating to the actual lead object and checking the lead label property. This might seem like a small change, but it drastically reduces efficiency for our sales team. Please bring back the lead label visualization. At least let us edit what is visible on the Lead CRM Card.
