I need to manage the assocation labels on the leads to easily manage them with workflows. Really hard to act only on the last associate lead without the ability to reach a specific one.

+1. The lack of an option to manage “Lead” object associations is really problematic.
Agreed, for me this is a limiting factor for actually using the Lead objects as we need to be able to have specific associations for this
Currently, I can’t have more than one association label between contacts and leads. There is only one association label that is called Primary. And when I’m building workflows, I need to be able to select which of the leads linked to a certain contact I want to edit with that workflow.
Usually, I would do that by using association labels. So, for example, if I’m working with deals and contacts in a Deal workflow, I can select which contact I want to edit depending on the association label. However, I can’t do that when working with contacts and leads.
The idea is to have the option of creating custom association labels between Leads and all other native Objects, and editing those with workflows.
I’ve seen somewhere that through custom code I could do that with the API, but I’m not so sure. Regardless, we can already do that through the user interface today for other object pairs, so it’s just a matter of improving the Lead Object’s capabilities.
+1 for visbility and to help escalate the priority of this
