I need to change the colour of my Lead Labels. Just like how the Hot, Warm and Cold are coloured. You can see what other 2 options are needed?

You should be able to do this by going to Settings > Objects > Leads > Pipeline > Lead Tags > Manage Lead Tags -

Hi, but this is not a tag its a label and I want it on the same drop down as the hot, warm and cold dropdown?

I understand. Unfortunately I don’t think this is possible. You can add additional labels but not customise their colouring.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this article here: Create color-coded object tags
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects > Leads.
- Click the Pipelines tab. For leads, then, click the Leads tags tab.
Here you can create and customize your lead tags.

If you click on the tag you will be able to create tag with colors and then you can select filters when this tag should appear:
Hi there! I found a temporary solution since hubspot couldn’t help me either.
This were my steps after lots of trial and error:
1) Create the labels in the order you want them to organize by putting a number in front of your label. For example I wanted to have 6 different categories that go from hottest to coldest.
2) save
3) go back to each label and add a colored circle emoji to represent the hot/warm/cold, or whatever labeling system you have.
4) Press save
If you put in the colored emoji when creating the label, the computer will order them according to the emoji, not to the rating. So, always add the emoji after you have created the label and pressed save.
