The client wants the following:
1. Complete Implementation of the KB Lookup Chatbot
  • The chatbot should understand the user’s question.
  • It should search the Knowledge Base articles.
  • If no answer is found, it should create a ticket.
  • It must detect the correct category and route the ticket to the appropriate pipeline.
2. Accurate Chatbot Routing
  • All categories, subcategories, and pipelines must be correctly mapped.
  • Each form should create a ticket in the correct pipeline.
  • There should be no workflow errors or incorrect routing.
3. Proper Setup of All KB Categories in HubSpot
Including:
  • General Information
  • Account Maintenance
  • Song Maintenance
  • Licensing
  • Payments
  • Reports
  • Music Users
  • New Affiliate Checklist
4. Correct Forms → Ticket Pipelines Mapping
  • Every form must send tickets to its corresponding pipeline.
  • All ticket properties should be populated accurately.
5. Cleanup and QA
  • Test all workflows, chatbot flows, ticket routing, and emails.
  • Fix any issues found during testing.
  • Provide final refinement and polish.
