The code shown in the video is not a chat embed code, it’s the general tracking code: Install the HubSpot tracking code
This code needs to be installed on your website for the chat to load: Troubleshoot chat widget not appearing on website pages
Once installed, you can use the ‘Target’ tab to decide where the chat should display.
