Hi There,

I recently looked into setting up a Zendesk integration for a client and found the process to be confusing.

Essentially there are 2 integrations, one created by HubSpot and one created by Zendesk. Both have different functionalities and meet different needs.

I created a video to explain the difference and hopefully save you some time that I wasted!

Thanks - doesn’t seem this has improved. Can’t believe there isn’t a summary of Z desk tickets at the company level
