Workflow to create multiple tickets

Hi! I need to create 1 ticket for each line item associated to a Deal. Is it possible throuhg workflows?

Hi @JDiaz37

You can create a deal based workflow that triggers a ticket creation for every line item.

However in order to trigger the workflow the line item needs to be edited / created (any property change could work).
