Why hubspot trigger several emails when user login into they woocomemrce account only? (client side) or change passwords?
Hey @jovanny it looks like these are form submissions captured by the Non-HubSpot forms tool:
Non-HubSpot forms works by running a script on any of your pages that have the HubSpot tracking code and capturing any external forms on it can on the page when they’re submit.
If you don’t wish to use non-HubSpot forms on these pages, you can remove the HubSpot tracking code, however this will stop any HubSpot analytics or other HubSpot tools running on these pages.
Alternatively you can disabled non-HubSpot forms through settings > Forms > Non-HubSpot forms. This will disable all non-HubSpot forms from capturing in your portal.
At the moment there is no way to stop non-HubSpot forms from capturing specific forms.
