Hey Folks,
All forms in my shopify website are Non Hubspot forms. I have also adding tracking code using GTM and its firing well, but i dont see any forms that got integrated yet. What am i missing? Note :I have also done Shopify integration.

When you say “I don’t see any forms that got integrated”, do you mean that the form submissions are not showing in HubSpot?
Which type of external form is it? A popup?

Hey Team. When i mean by form, i am referring to Signup/Login form in shopify website. How do i ensure this is showing up in hubspot.

Thank you for the screenshots and additional information!
1. Have you installed the HubSpot tracking code? From you previous comments it seems that yes, but I prefer to double check
2. In the settings, did you enable the “Collect data from website forms” option?
3. Have you checked fully this article “Troubleshooting non-HubSpot Forms”
4. If you want your external form to be a HubSpot form, you can “convert non-HubSpot forms into HubSpot forms”
