Issue with Non-Hubspot Forms

Hi Hubspot Community,
I am having an issue with multiple non-Hubspot forms on my site Lumisa.
Currently I am tracking non-Hubspot form submissions in my CRM, but not all forms are tracked consistently. For example the contact form in this page for tarifa luz empresas doesn’t track properly.
However, the contact form on this page ¿Quieres contactar con Lumisa Energías?, which is exactly the same, does get tracked by Hubspot. Am I missing some sort of tracking code on the first page? I am not a developer, please let me know if I can solve this issue without coding knowledge.
Thanks!

Hey, @Lumisa :waving_hand: To answer your question, probably. But you may need some help if you can’t track it down. We have an article here with the common reasons that submissions might not be tracked or recieved — Troubleshooting the Non-HubSpot Forms tool. Talk soon! — Jaycee

From my side, the easiest fix is to use HubSpot forms wherever you can. You can just embed them on your site and avoid the tracking issues altogether. Much more reliable.
Or the issue is probably down to the HubSpot tracking code not firing the same way on that first page. A couple things to check without touching code:

Make sure the HubSpot tracking code is installed on all pages (sometimes one template doesn’t have it).

In HubSpot, go to Settings - Tracking & Analytics - Tracking code and confirm it’s active.

If you’re using a CMS (like WordPress), confirm the tracking plugin/module is enabled sitewide.

Last quick win: try turning on “collect data from forms” in Settings - Marketing - Forms - Non-HubSpot forms, so HubSpot automatically picks them up.

If one page is missing the code, that’s usually the culprit.

Hi @Lumisa

There are two possible reasons why the Non-HubSpot form submissions are not being tracked in the HubSpot:

1. HubSpot Tracking code should be placed on the footer of the website, which works globally for all the website pages. Here is the link on how to place the Tracking code on the website.

2. There is an option in the Settings > Marketing > Forms > Non-HubSpot form that says whether you want to receive data in HubSpot or not. So, for that, you need to turn on the toggle button as shown in the screenshot below :

Additionally, we will recommend using HubSpot forms to track the page conversion or record activity.

I hope this will help you out. Please mark it as Solution Accepted and upvote to help another Community member.
