non-hubspot form - not working

Hi! Ive created a non-hubspot form but its not showing in my website

NOTE: Ive conncted my domain to hubspot and using hubspot hosting

i think i dont need tracking code to enter because ive connected my domain to hubspot

Please solve this problem as soon as possible

Hi @DPlanet

Please check this article on non-HubSpot forms and this troubleshooting article.

If you are using non-HubSpot forms on an external (not hosted in HubSpot) page, the tracking code needs to be installed - otherwise the system doesn’t know which HubSpot account a form and form submission belongs to.

If your landing page or site is hosted on HubSpot, you should be using HubSpot forms.

Non-HubSpot forms are HTML forms on your external site that weren’t created in HubSpot.

Hello frank! I’ve tried again and this time I’ve created a regular pop-up form ( HubSpot form) and publish it but the problem remains constant (form is not showing in website) help me to find out solution

Can you share the following with me please:

  1. The URL of the page you have published/embedded the form in.
  2. A screenshot of the settings tab of the form you are embedding.
  3. A short explainer on how you embedded that for on the page.
