Non Hub Spot Forms - Not receiving some signup emails

Hi,

I was integrated hubspot tracking code with https://raptor.safebus.io/signup which is having a non hubspot signup form. I use to get mails whenever someone signup. But from few days, I am getting few mails and few are not.

I am not able to find the reason for this. For the same form, why some mails are coming, and some are not. Please check it and help me to fix it.

Note: Users can come to this signup page from different pages such as https://safebus.io and all other pages of this domain.

I’ve visited your website but HubSpot traking code doesn’t seem to be there

perhaps you installed it through GTM?

I’d check this first just in case.

The second thing I’d strongly recommend is to embed a native HubSpot form in your site

because tracking non-hubspot form sometimes fails for a lot of reasons

Please ensure you have enabled the non-HubSpot form submissions from settings, please refer to this: Use non-HubSpot forms. Also do refer to HubSpot tracking code install: Install the HubSpot tracking code

I’m having the same issue AND with the Hubspot tracking code there. Sometimes we receive the notification emails, sometimes not (luckily, I set up the forms to nonetheless send me a notification email). This has been happening on and off for the past two weeks.
