Hello,

I have a platform with users creating accounts on it. Is there a way for me to capture the data filled out when they create their account, to have their contact automatically pushed to my Hubspot?

Hi @YTERAI9,

When you install the HubSpot tracking code on your external page or use the HubSpot WordPress plugin, submissions to non-HubSpot forms will be collected in HubSpot. There are some pre-requisites (e.g. the form being contained inside <iframe tags>) which you can find in this article: Use non-HubSpot forms

Depending on the content management system and form tool, there might also be an integration specifically for this on the HubSpot App Marketplace. Feel free to share more details.

LeadSigma is on the App MarketPlace and can be used to link any form into Hubspot. We have users using it for Lead Aggregation. If you need any help configuring me or someone on the team would be willing to assist.

You must be using some form for the visiotors to login their details.
By using HubSpot tracking code on your website, you can track that data into the HubSpot.
To get the HubSpot tacking code:

  • Click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  • Go to your Tracking & Analytics settings:

    • In Marketing Starter only accounts and free CRM accounts, navigate to Tracking Code in the left sidebar menu.

    • For other subscriptions, go to Tracking & Analytics > Tracking code in the left sidebar menu.
