Using 5 free templates

We are currently on the free version of HubSpot. We were on a subscription previously but this has paused as the business changed owners (we will return to paid for at some point).

Meanwhile, I’d like to make use of the 5 free sales email templates for prospecting, follow-up and order confirmation.

We previously had 100+ in use. Every time I delete a template, it gets repalced with one from the list of 100+.

I am now stuck. The next 4 I want to delete were part of a sequence. And I don’t hjave the sequence functionality any more.

So I can’t delete the templates and I can’t access the sequences to change them here.

Thoughts please?

Hi @Mark_Asten,

This is a known issue. Forutnately, the HubSpot Community managers are helping users with deletion over in this thread. I’d recommend you hop over there, add your request and share your portal ID.
