We are currently on the free version of HubSpot. We were on a subscription previously but this has paused as the business changed owners (we will return to paid for at some point). Meanwhile, I'd like to make use of the 5 free sales email template read more

I'm not convinced you Revenue Analytics piece is working quite as it should. Had a customer who changed their monthly subscription to a lesser amount. So the old Deal was marked as Downgrade (changed to Churned) and had a RR Inactive date set. The read more
