Unable to delete email templates

This is a request to delete all 5 email templates. I’m unable to delete them as I am now on a free plan and no longer have access to sequences.

I give my permission for the sequences to be deleted 5134087

I’ll reach out to the internal team to see if they can delete all of the Sequences of the account 5134087. I will update you once I hear from the team:)

The internal team went ahead to delete all of the Sequences from the account 5134087, so you should be all set now.

I have a similiar issue, had all my templates in folders, now on free plan all folders seem empty and unable to delete, while on top it says I have 60 templates, can someone help me delete all of them?

I’m having the exact same issue. I want to keep 2 of my message templates and add 1 more but I can’t delete the empty folders.
